DEPOSIT*

Adventures on Wheels requires a security deposit of:
US$ 750.00

*Notes: Security Deposit will be authorized on Credit Card and card holder must be present at the time of vehicle pick-up.

PAYMENTS

Rental charges and other charges must be received 30 days prior to departure. If payments are not received when due, Adventures on Wheels reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice. Without payment in "full" the vehicle will not be released to the customer. Payments in U.S. currency or checks; checks must be drawn on a North American bank payable to Adventures on Wheels, Bank service charges are the responsibility of the paying party.

CREDIT CARDS

VISA and Master/Euro-Cards are accepted.

REFUND FOR UNUSED PORTION

No refund will be given if the vehicle is returned prior to the contracted date or for "no shows".

CANCELLATION

Every cancellation needs to be made in writing. The day of receipt of the cancellation is the date the cancellation fee is calculated as follows:

• up to 31 days prior to rental date: 20% of rental price or at least US$ 300.00 will not be refunded
• 30 days to 8 days prior to rental date: 50% of rental price will not be refunded ($300.00 minimum)
• 7 days to 4 days prior to rental date: 75% of rental price will not be refunded ($300.00 minimum)
• 3 days or less prior to departure date and no-shows: 100% of the rental price/deposit will be kept
• In addition to the charges mentioned above any confirmed one-way drop-off charge must also be paid.
  
  CHANGES OF BOOKINGS
  
  One free change per booking. US$ 50.00 per change thereafter.
  
  TAXES
  
  Taxes will be charged additional as stated on the rate sheet and are subject to change without notice.
